Perfect Freeview reception on N.B. Jupiter

After putting up with just CBeebies for several months, Roger who lives on board Narrow Boat Jupiter on the Grand Union Canal in Northampton decided that he needed a change of channel every now and again. Lack of reception was caused by the solid line of trees between the boat and the transmitter. He asked me if RoadPro could help and I explained that we don't sell chainsaws. I then suggested raising his aerial up another 4 feet or so. To be honest, I don't think Roger thought this would help very much but he took my advice and installed a mounting pole and a Smarty aerial.

I asked him today how he was getting on and he told me that he got every Freeview channel. He was amazed at what a difference 4ft could make but this is what works: get a decent aerial and a pole and get them up as high as you can. Naturally, I recommend our Smarty aerial and our telescopic mounting pole plus a pair of pole mounting brackets. After seeing what they can do, so does Roger.
